For most events, you can register a ticket through the events calendar on our website, and then pay at the door (cash only). Registrations are for general admission only. Designated tables are only available when making dinner reservations through our events calendar upon registering your tickets (and for groups of 6 or more). For some special events, tickets may be available for purchase in advance from off-site locations, as advertised by the musician. In this case, please see the artist's website or social media for details, and arrive early at the club for prime seating.
Registrations close 4 hours prior to show time, no exceptions. Walk-up sales are available when tickets remain.
Your ticket registration is not prepaid but will be held at the door for you until 30 minutes prior to show time. All tickets are general admission, based on a first come/first served system for tables (see exceptions below). We recommend an early arrival or dinner reservation for the best seating. To reserve a designated table, please specify that you will be joining us for dinner when registering your ticket (or specify a group of 6 or more).
Due to increased demand we now only accept designated table reservations for guests enjoying dinner at Hermann's (and groups of 6 or more).
Registered tickets will not be honoured for those arriving less than 30 minutes prior to showtime (general admission), and 60 minutes prior to showtime (larger groups & dinner reservations). After this time, the tickets will be released.
Registered tickets are to be paid for at the door when you arrive, and the box office is CASH ONLY.
Cash, credit and debit are accepted in the restaurant.
Doors are typically open at 6pm. Showtime is typically 8pm, except for matinée special events.
