Pablo Cardenas Presents “Club Havana”
Pablo Cardenas & The West Coast Cuban Orchestra presents the first Club Havana of 2022. This is one of his most followed events and it is highly recommended you get your tickets with enough time in advance.
Club Havana is a night full of surprises and high energy. This evening is dedicated to the history of popular Cuban music; a tribute to legends like Enrique Jorrin, Arsenio Rodrigues, Miguel Matamoros, Celina Gonzales, Celia Cruz, Benny More and many more. It will be a collage of genres and styles starting from the roots and going til the most modern musical tendencies of this Island.
A big part of this amazing music is rarely heard around here; music both rural and traditional such as the Son, Cha cha, Mambo, Rumba, Pilón, Changui, Conga, Salsa and more. The endless universe of sounds and rhythms. On this occasion, Club Havana will include a section dedicated to Afro-Cuban music and Afro-Cuban jazz.
