Swiftsure Big Band 's musical director is Gord Clemments with 50 plus years of experience and both Bachelor and master degrees in Music. Performance is an expert on all saxophones, clarinet, bass clarinet, flute and piccolo. He has been a clinician for Buffet Crampon Clarinets and Keliworth Saxophones and served as a principal bass clarinetist and saxophone soloist with the Victoria Symphony.
