It's another Jump Blues Party with multiple Maple Blues Award winner David Vest and his red hot band. This is blues music at its liveliest and most entertaining. As Fats Domino told us, "Clap your hands and stomp your feet; you got to move when you hear that beat."
Vest will also share some stories about how music got from Baroque to Bebop -- and from Bebop to modern blues and early rock and roll.
Vest, who grew up near Tuxedo Junction, knows this music in his bones. He actually played with Big Joe Turner and numerous other blues legends, and he has played jump blues from Kansas City to New Orleans.
David's band for this show includes Damian Graham on drums, Tom Bowler on guitar and vocals, Ryan Oliver on sax, and Brock Meades on bass.
