Rowan Farintosh Quintet
Wed. June 16th 2021 7:00pm - 8:30pm (All Ages) The Rowan Farintosh Quintet returns to Hermann’s Jazz club on Wednesday, June 16! Having lived in Toronto for the past two years to pursue Jazz studies at Humber College, Saxophonist Rowan Farintosh is back to perform another exciting night of music featuring some of Victoria’s best up and coming musicians. Expect to hear instrumental music rooted in jazz improvisation, while borrowing elements from Funk, Hiphop, and other popular genres.
“Dynamic. Visceral. Tight and free.”
Rowan is extremely excited to be presenting brand new original music, as well as adapted versions of Jazz standards, and more contemporary material.
