Though Doris Day was primarily known as an actress, she is also one of the greatest jazz and pop singers of all time. She began her career as a big band singer in 1939, achieving commercial success in 1945 with two No. 1 recordings, "Sentimental Journey" and "My Dreams Are Getting Better All the Time" with Les Brown & His Band of Renown. She left Brown to embark on a solo career and recorded more than 650 songs from 1947 to 1967.

This memorable tribute night will be performed by Kim Greenwood, Diane Pancel, Ashley Wey on piano, Louis Rudner on Bass, Jon Miller on Drums and Roy Styffe on Saxophone.

Diane Pancel is an artist who knows how to connect with her audience. She draws inspiration from her Portuguese background giving her music a strong sense of international soul. Recently Diane has been nominated for 2 International Portuguese Music Awards – best pop performance and song of the year.

Kim Greenwood is a multi-faceted performer who equally loves performing jazz, pop, classical and musical theatre. She’s an actor at heart and it shines through in all of her repertoire, engaging audiences at every turn. Over the past few years, Kim has formed her own ensembles and collaborates with many of the fine musicians on the west coast of Canada.
