The UJAM Young All Stars is a collection of many of the hottest middle and high school jazz musicians in the Greater Victoria area. Divided into two groups, The Junior All Stars and the Senior All Stars, these talented young musicians meet once a week under the mentorship of many of the most prestigious jazz musicians on the Island. Led by local musician and music educator, David Enns, these aspiring jazzers focus on small ensemble jazz, improvisation, and arranging, and present polished and impressive performances throughout the capital city.
This appearance at Hermann's is the final performance of their 2016-2017 season. Come and enjoy the future of jazz!
