Join host/pianist Tom Vickery, bassist Sean Drabitt and drummer Kelby MacNayr for one of our favorite jazz nights!
The trio performs one set at 8pm - followed by two sets where musicians (from students to professionals) join on stage. Always different, and always great - the best chance to see high calibre performance at a great price!

Featured Musician: Max Goldschmid is 21 years old and resides in Tucson, Arizona. He has been playing music since age 6 when he started taking lessons on his first instrument, the piano. Since then he has expanded his cache of instruments to include soprano, alto, and tenor saxophone, clarinet and bass clarinet, trombone, trumpet (and slide trumpet), flugelhorn, guitar, upright and electric bass, and whatever else he can get his hands on.

Max received his introduction into jazz music with the Tucson Jazz Institute (TJI) as a youngster. There he learned from Doug Tidaback, Scott Black and other Tucson favorites, and he was quickly absorbed by Tucson’s jazz scene. He plays weekly with the Arizona Roadrunners, a traditional Dixieland jazz band that was featured in 2008, 2009, and 2010 in the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon on live television. Max also plays weekly with the Pete Swan Quintet. Max can often be found sitting in on jam sessions at Old Pueblo Grille and other Tucson area jazz venues.
