Ticket/Reservation Policy

If the show is presented by the Victoria Jazz Society or Caravan World Rhythms, tickets are sold in advance independant of Hermann's Jazz Club, and tickets must be purchased in advance before making a reservation through our website. If you have made a reservation and have not purchased tickets in advance, your reservation will not be valid.

*ALL SEATING IS GENERAL ADMISSION EXCEPT IF YOU BOOK FOR DINNER.  
Doors open 2 hours prior to show time - Come early for best seating!

We may only reserve a specific table for your party if you are reserving for dinner or have 6 or more in your party.
To book for dinner, please add the word 'DINNER' and 'your preferred time of arrival' after your last name, and we will reserve you a table.
For Example, if your name is Joe Jones, in the box that asks you to fill out your last name write, 'Jones - DINNER 6:30pm'.

Your registration for dinner will be held at the door until 30 minutes prior to showtime.

  • Registered reserved tickets will not be honoured for those arriving less than 30 minutes prior to showtime. Walk-up ticket sales at the door will commence 30 minutes prior to showtime.

  • In the case that tickets for the event are not sold in advance, registered reserved tickets are paid at the door and the box office is CASH ONLY. There is an ATM in the View Street Social around the corner from the Box Office.

Cash, credit, and debit are accepted in the restaurant. The restaurant opens when the doors do.
